For wonderful skin you have to break these bad habits

The skin is the largest organ in the body. It performs a vital role in our general well-being and shows how our body is healthy. The skin is the protective layer of our body absorbs 60% of everything we put on it in our bloodstream, it is very important we take extra care of it. It also makes you think twice before putting on the skin products that contain harmful chemicals and fillers. A healthy, natural skin care routine will help to achieve beautiful skin, and is a major step projection of a smooth and healthy skin. A routne skin care should not be difficult, not time and when using the products corect can reap the benefits. However, we all lead busy lives and sometimes we take shortcuts but are they worth it? Three common habits to break are: Bad Habit # 1: Shaving Dry Shaving legs and underarms dry and can cause irritation, ingrown hairs and shaving .... Ewww! Even if your going to go out and do not have time to always use shaving cream or a natural soap to soften the skin before shaving. hand soap is not usually recommended as a softener. Soap tends to dry the skin more dull your razor, and invite the cuts. If you must use a natural, soap free, pH balanced wash. Even when you shave, use more shots than shorter ones because they are less stressful to the skin. Consider a shaving cream that rich in emollients and after shaving, always use a light body lotion to soothe the area shaved. Bad Habit 2: Failure Reduced Sun Exposure sun exposure is the main cause of wrinkles, age spots, and dull skin. While you might think that your style of travel per day on foot or by car on a hot day the sun does not count as sun exposure, you're wrong. Every day before leaving the house, you should apply an SPF lotion, whether in your makeup or your day cream, do not leave home without it. When it comes to choosing a good SPF, look at some of the less common brands often have a higher% of protection. Bad Habit 3: Avoiding Exfoliation Exfoliating the skin pulls out great results. Its purpose is to remove dead cells that have developed on the outer surface of our skin. It improves circulation, encourages cell renewal and reduces blotchiness, evening skin tone. It depends on your individual skin type on what you should exfoliate. However, all skin types need some sort of a scrub, adding a bit 'of salt, sugar or corn flour to your cleaner is a great scrub
